Without being an apologist or a Lucario shill, try to defend and explain this without coming off as either of what I stated.
AKA: That Rock-type Pokemon with two double-weaknesses will have to be slow while the Steel-type Pokemon with two immunities and nine resistances will have 138 Speed (and a held item to somehow make it even more OP).
