Garchomp, Salamence, and Dragonite are all faster, stronger, and more durable by virtue of more balanced stats and friendlier typings. Haxorus is just way more powerful and is faster, Hydreigon differentiates itself and has its own offensive perks that until now allowed it to 2HKO pretty much anything in the game, and I shouldn't have to explain the Lati twins.
There is zero incentive to use Tyrantrum over many of them unless you REALLY want to Head Smash things.
