From the concept books of PLA, my theory is that Ingo is probably barely 40 years ago, or at least 37 when he disappeared. I also read recently on Twitter, Ingo possibly disappeared around Lacunosa Town, since his trains go around that area. Because of that, Emmet and the others would believe he gotten eaten by Kyurem when he didn’t come back. It’s a pretty interesting theory!
