Plus in this hypothetical where Flygon was made as a Bug/Dragon and Garchomp was the first Dragon/Ground, arguing over which one should be made more special than the other, regardless of non-factors like release date and popularity doesn't amount to anything since they're both special "firsts" of the series.
It would be more interesting and fun if Flygon was made as a Bug/Dragon, and I gave a few reasons why it would be fun. Don't get your slacks in a twist, bro.
