Most of YW’s main audience were daycare and elementary school kids who are either in late middle or early high school by now. It doesn’t have the staying power that Pokémon had because it was “lol hip 90’s show that all the cool kids talked about” and after they released 3, which sold less than even the spinoffs because another surprise, jap kids don’t know shit or give a fuck about Murrica, there was no coming back.
