Is it meta-DEFINING good? Well, that's hard to say consider this Meta is Megas and leveraging your teams strength to use them to their most beneficial ends.
If Aegislash will be banned it will be because it can fit easily into too many teams. For that why isn't Eviolite Porygon2 being banned? That thing can be MUCH more annoying with Toxic, Discharge, Ice Beam, and Recover.
