A mega Lucario is one of the strongest Pokemon he has ever faced and should only lose to an other mega or a bunch of top tier Pokemon. Some people would think it's overpower when Ash has a mega but he can just keep the mega as backup just because he has it doesn't mean he has to use it every time.
