>>32044505It's my favourite of all the Pokemon games, honestly. Everything about it just feels passionate, which is the biggest thing in any media for me. From the characters' stories, to the outlandish but hearty Regional Dex and the sheer effort put in the games for every Pokemon to be animated - it really feels like they had the most fun making this game compared to all the others.
The themes presented within the games also came off as more real and something that would actually happen in the Pokemon World
bar muh protagonist destiny plot - Bianca's specifically had a lot of introspection behind it.
I've replayed the games with every Unova Pokemon and not a single one felt like they weren't putting work in, so that's also a big plus. There's just nothing I, personally, can fault BW1 for.
