With all other passives, CS2 included, DP will deal 220% damage, because of how dmg increase passives stack DP:OP max 30% should be divided by 2.2. You end up roughly with only max 13.5% extra on DP at -6 enemy spatk. Since your enemies will realistically be at much less than -6 spatk it's guaranteed that the real effect of DP:OP is much less than 10%, equivalent to 2 BP tiles. This is of course all assuming you are using Karen properly with Serena or Lucy.
