1. Mythical or legendary
2. It's from pogo
3. The game hasn't registered another of the same species yet
4. It has the same ID as your Home (which it will if you transfer it directly to that Home account)
This means that if a mon is from pogo but isn't yours, then it's free to go into games unrestricted period. I guess it's that way to not cuck trading folks.
This also means that you can make another Home account, transfer a mythical there, use Friend Trade to put it on your main Home and... done.
Only Friend Trade can be used to trade mythicals. The service is free, by the way.
You can use a trusted friend too, but it will have their OT name of course. Friend Trade used to have a location restriction, but I don't think it does anymore. Still checks for location though.
I used this trick to let Celebi and Diancie into the games freely. Done on a single samsung device running two instances of Home (via Secure Folder).
