Kanto gets some extra attention due to seniority, and Pikachu gets extra attention due to being the mascot, but all the currently released regions get their share of attention instead of just KANTOOO.
Considering what they did with Smeragle (which actually exists in PoGo) Kecleon will likely get a cool gimmick as a counterpart to its main series ability when its released.
