Perrserker is even frailer, is weaker despite a higher attack stat and Tough cCaws because Iron Head is much weaker than Heavy Slam in most situations, and has a worse movepool overall. Being slightly faster doesn't matter when you're still slow as fuck, except now it's too fast for Trick Room too.
