1) Buy PSA 10 if you are rich or investing into those. Psa 10 is an ultimate collector's item.
2) Buy PSA 9 if you just need a card in a chill way.
There is NO NEED to buy less than 9 because it always will be unwanted. Psa 1-8 is literal garbage and everybody thinks that way.
PS:
Actually there is no need to buy PSA10 either because most of people will be getting PSA9 (NM condition) because it's usually equals to raw price.
Less than 9 is literal garbage - don't waste money on those.
