The only flaws I could point out would be the shortening thegigantic gills, which would get in the ways of its arms and break off in battle, and its stance. Mega Swampert is extremely front-heavy, but somehow still stands bipedally in its model. Giving it a quadrupedal stance like regular swampert, or having it support its upper body with one arm would easily fix this.
