Blue was nice to Red ONCE and then he never fell for her shit again, and nobody in the series is attracted to her. You could even argue that Red wasn't attracted to her in the first place and fell for the trick because she flattered him as a Trainer rather than as a man (which is true). Blue isn't Fujiko or even the same archetype of character.
