Think about it: Arceus made creatures to guide and help Pokemon & Humans with their future sight abilities and highly protective spirits, being seen as literal Guardian Angels to the public, but when Arceus is ready to reset the Planet or whatever, they can also do that via his will. They could all come together and just cause a massive black hole to wipe out the planet and everyone on it, for Arceus to reshape the world again, with new planets, a new set of creatures, new thinking, all new except its helpful angels of mercy and death: Gardevoir.
