It was fairly alright in ORAS as well.
Poliwrath was excellent in Sun. Water Absorb + early Scald + Brick Break and evolution at level 25, plus an early Water Stone and Z-Dynamic Punch was one hell of a ride. The fact you only really need Scald and Brick Break means the last two slots are basically free.
