Grant uses a Hyper Potion, but the second Rock Smash lowers defense, so the third one will kill no matter what. Also, Quick Feet allows Jem to go first and deliver the final blow.

Quick Feet allows Jem to pull of a fast Charm on Tyrunt. However, Rock Tomb lowers Jem's speed.
Tyrunt then flinches Jem twice with Stomp, and then scores a crit on the third, sending Jem into the red. Thankfully there's no flinch, so Jem gets a Rock Smash in.
Chase comes in on another stomp, and then finishes the battle with Dragon Rage.
