I suppose I'm mainly attracted to the Will-O-Wisp, ability, and roost/moonlight appeal.
Is the speed that worth though? A lot of the big, bad dark and ghost types are already fast: Gengar, Yveltal, Darkrai, and
Marshadow generally outspeed it.
