Naturally learns Giga Drain+Knock Off and most fangames aren't too jewish with the Sludge Bomb TM. 4th move is whatever, but when you eventually get Earthquake (or get very lucky with hidden power types) it can beat steel checks and conditionally beat fire or poison types if you catch them on the switch with Earthquake.
If that's not your thing, try Amoongus; clicking Spore and switching is extremely effective despite being a bit boring.
