Osha: So you're saying there's someone else who was in charge of the kings?
Vire: It could be. Someone strong, with technological and magical knowledge who was draining the forest of its life, and manipulated the King pokemon into doing its bidding.
Osha: So what do you want us to do about it?
Vire: You two are strong, capable fighters. I would like to ask you two to venture to Risellan City and register as an official exploration team, and investigate the matter further.
Osha: US? If there's someone that strong out there, I don't know that we could handle it...
