>>55434749>Do Pokemon stop aging in the PC?Who knows.
>in the ball? Why would they? They're just shrunk down.
>What happens to the Pokemon of the deceased?Probably up to the Pokemon.
>Why are 10-year-olds allowed to be outside?Consider visiting a more child-friendly country for once in your life, assuming you're not joking.
>Who regulates general usage of Pokemon?Probably nobody, it's not something the poke-world inhabitants actively think about, but evil team people like Giovanni and Ghetsis make the argument that Pokemon are merely tools and weapons to be used by people, in the absence of man-made ones.
>Are there multiples of every legendary?Certainly not all, it makes very little sense for multiple Mewtwo to have been created, for example, but several may still be present due to alt universe fuckery.
>If Pokemon are data why aren't they cloned? This is a pretty good question. Hell, the players *can* do this themselves in Gold/Silver with a bit of save fuckery.
>Do you need to register or get a license to have pokemon bound to you, referring to the system when they get insta telephoned to PC after your 6th?There's no real reason why you couldn't carry more than six Pokemon with you, that's just what the game limits you to. Alder is, in fact, carrying a bunch of Poke Balls with him at all times because he doesn't know how to use the PC storage system. Presumably there is some system that registers balls to specific trainers, though, seeing as the Paradise Protection Protocol shuts down the use of balls besides the professor's in S/V.
