>>55087333>download this because the 4 abilities gimmick sounds fun>literally the very first trainer battle of the game>May's Torchic used Fire Blast!I was fine with stuff like Radical Red but I can't help but feel like there's a point between Radical Red and this where a game stops becoming "This is a Pokemon game but with super increased difficulty! You need to develop your own strategies to win!" and "This is literally just a gauntlet of battles and you have access to Pokemon Showdown's Team Builder." There's absolutely zero sense of progression.
Maybe some other people can really get into it but even as someone who really likes those super autistic battle sim ROM hacks, I found my breaking point.
