I think there is a developer setting on my device allowing to circumvent that limitation, but whenever I need to make the move I simply switch between them until the trade registers. It takes a few times after both sides confirm the trade. Once in a while it fails and sometimes one side gets an error and returns to the start screen, but the trade still goes through.

As far as pogo shiny mythicals are concerned, there's 3 types of them:
>Meltan/MelmetalYou know already, it's shiny locked outside of events which come once a year, Meltan Box yada yada
>raidsDarkrai, Genesect and Deoxys I think. Same as legendaries, 1/20 odds.
>masterwork researchFOMO and paid only. The ticket is a few bucks, but takes a very long time to complete to get your shiny mythical. And may be impossible if you don't spoof.
For example, shiny Celebi requires a complete Johto dex. Corsola is a regional mon. You're expected to fly a plane across the fucking planet if you want to proceed.
