>>48914357>The only time the PvE hasn't been shit in this entire series is 1. in battle facilities or 2. in gen 7 games.this is subjective. there are lots of arguments as to why some pokemon games aren't shit, although I agree battle facilities are always good content even if the AI cheats by rigging percentage probabilities.
>If you think otherwise you either played the games as a kid or you're playing like a retard on purpose.also untrue. I've played them as a kid but also as an adult. I can form an unbiased opinion on the games without being blinded by nostalgia.
>Hotel Richissime dutiesboring mini-games to increase money and "style". you consider this a side-quest?
>Consecutive Fishinguh? you mean like regular fishing over and over again?
>Lost Hotel rollerskating trickuseless parlor tricks. I learned a couple but didn't care for them. it's neat but not very rewarding.
>Inverse Battlesgimmick battles aren't a side-quest.
>Daily TM Quiztrivia quizes are not side-quests.
>Dendemille Super Size GourgeistI might have missed this, which is weird because I tried to speak to every NPC.
>Battle Chateaugrinding spots aren't side-quests. this one isn't good until the post-game because the Elite 4 and Champion don't appear until then.
>Restaurant Le Yeahthis is the middle one right? I didn't find it this run but I did Le Nah once. the restaurants are also grinding spots.
>Restaurant Le Wowpost-game content since you have to be on par with the champion, or so they said.
>you didn't play the gameI did, actually.
>>48914608I think there's a difference between side-quests and side-content. a side-quest is like a mini-story apart from the main story (like Looker and that girl in the post-game, I don't remember what it was about) and side-content being things with no story (grinding spots, mini-games, daily quizzes, other things you can skip without missing out on story content, etc.) I guess I just want more side characters to be fleshed out.
