The issue is, I totally forgot about the rival fight before the League.
All his Pokemon are dead, except his Level 53 Blastoise, full health.

Dugtrio is currently out. The plan is, I suspect him to go for Hydro Pump 100%. Should I go for the Sand-Attack, Dig, or Heal?
Dig will not OHKO
Sand Attack doesn't guarantee a Hydrop Pump miss
Healing Kabutops will result in Dugtrio dying IF the Hydro Pump connects.
I SHOULD be faster.
Halp. I need input. I'm leaning towards Dig, since I'll dodge the first HP, hopefully live/evade the 2nd HP, and killing with Dig.
But if I'm risking Dugtrio's life on the off-chance that Hydrop Pump will hit/Dugtrio will live, should I just go ahead and heal Kabutops anyways?
