It's ironic that the version of Juliana I dislike the most is Scarlet. Not only is she rude to Nemona, but she also comes off as a bitter midget in her 30s. Pokespe has a reputation for justifying this kind of behavior with tragic backstories, but I’ve never liked that.
As for the Nemona in Spe, she’s not my favorite version either. While Nemona is usually "absent minded" and misinterprets things, she's not stupid. In Spe, however, she seems portrayed as foolish and acts like a doormat for Scarlet.
