Starting off with one for my nigga porygon-Z:
HP: 85 (+0)
Atk: 90 (+10)
Def: 75 (+5)
SpA: 155 (+20)
SpD: 105 (+30)
Speed: 125 (+35)
Ability: Instant Recharge (Removes the recharge turn from any moves that require one, if they KO a pokemon)
As of now, this only applies to hyper beam, but it should still be viable with just that, if a bit of a one-trick pony.
This would allow you to run download for your base ability, and if you get that +1, hyper beam puts massive dents in most mons, if not outright KOing them.
However, if you run into a ghost, something that can take a hit or anything with protect, then you're stuck with hyper beam and a weaker version of base porygon-Z.
