>>54800834Gen 9 is a hazards meta even in lower tiers. Game Freak utterly neutered the distribution of Defog + Rapid Spin on top of increasing the distribution of Spikes + Toxic Spikes. What you're lacking is hazards for punishing switching. Also, you have a Pokemon that is highly reliant on using Terastallization on a team with Ogerpon, that being Cresselia. You either want to run Ogerpon as a pivot or as a setup sweeper with Swords Dance + Trailblaze.
Luckily, Ogerpon does learn Spikes, and one of the better sets for it is Spikes + U-turn + Knock Off as a utility Pokemon. You could also run Meowscarada for the same effect, though Meow is easier to punish
