It's still unbalanced as hell, but Lebanne makes it clear her gripes with Jacinthe stem not from hating her as a person or employer but because she's frustrated with herself for never being able to defeat her. When Jacinthe proposes redoubling their efforts to train to get stronger together, Lebanne is enthusiastic about it, there's the scene where she refuses to become Marcia's partner despite losing to her and on Jacinthe's side you can tell she values Lebanne a lot including from her reactions in that scene. There are more casual scenes as well like Jacinthe revealing she can't dance and Lebanne offering to teach her.
