>>35758197These things might be the most interesting Pokemon out of the whole bunch, the designs are great aesthetically but the way they interact with the game mechanics is really something special. The learnset going all the way to Level 100 is really something too, since only Mewtwo and Smeargle went anywhere near that far at this point.
