>Gen VIIII think Gen VIII has very nice looking character models. I don't think this falls under the new characters themselves because it doesn't have anything to do with their personalities or designs, but the actual character models themselves. They're probably the best looking in the series.
>Gen IXIt's really hard to find anything redeemable about Gen IX, but I will say that I'm glad that it includes Raid Battles, because it seems like that'll become a series staple from here on out. Technically it's a Gen VIII addition, but the fact that they actually survived a generation and didn't just get obliterated like Z-Moves or Gigantamax makes me hopeful. They're pretty fun.
