An outside cart isn't needed unless you want a flash cart for running homebrew games.
>>31185218That is pretty complex. It might be doable but it would be difficult. Most of the Pokemon game hacking tools are used to make custom mons from scratch with illegal movesets/balls. I don't hack my game so I'm not sure if there's something that can give you back your win streak outside of being awesome and winning. Sorry.
