And tweets referencing specific episodes are relatively rare. The last times it was posted it was about pictures of Cynthia from DP (for her coming back), Z-moves used in SM (for Z-moves being brought back for Pikachu) and, Dawn from DP (when she came back) and Infernape vs Paul (when Infernape came back). That's pretty much all of the tweets about old episodes from the last half year, and all of them were relevant.
