Let me just clear some things up about breeding in X and Y
- It's only accessible after you wake up Snorlax (shortly after exiting Lumiose City)
- It works the same as usual; stick two pokemon in your party, give them to the lady at the desk. You pay more for every level they gain, as before.
- The Daycare is located (deliberately) on a long stretch of road, allowing for easy step grinding, though you'll need to clear all the trainers first.
- The man outside the daycare stares at the Espurrs most of the time, but will turn around and face south to indicate when an egg is available
- You get the bike in the same town as the second gym
- Fletchinders with Flame Body will speed up the process, as before
- Here's the best part: You can use punching bags and move around at the same time, effectively EV grinding and Egg grinding at the same time.
