I recommend Ferrothorn or Scizor. One is bulky and doesn't die the other is bulky-ish and is very stronk. The Togekiss moveset should be T-Wave, Roost, Dazzling Gleam/Aura Sphere, and Air Slash with EV investment in Speed and HP. Such bulk. Outspeeding things because Timid. Wow. The choice of Dazzling Gleam or Aura Sphere depends on what scares you more. Dragons or Steel types?
