>>36100451With the virtual release of Crystal version to the eShop, the coding to be able to get Celebi was implemented in it like the Japanese cell phone event years ago, but now for worldwide release.. After you beat the League, you go into Goldenrod's Pokemon Center and you get the GS Ball, which you give to Kurt, and he takes a day to examine it and you take it to Ilex Forest to battle Celebi.
