Furfrou???>How long ago did they change this?They got rid of legendaries in research breakthroughs back in 2020 (January, so before even the pandemic). As of Winter 2022-2023, they made it so that you can get 6 possible encounters over the course of the season (Dec-Feb, Mar-May, Jun-Aug, Sept-Nov).
