I don't mind this that much, but most of the "serious" Pokemon content that I've been exposed to has been from shitty fanfics/drawings created by 16 year old kids that think that "ommaigawd what if people has guns and then shoot pokemon and then other pokemon sad and so he kills peopl" is an acceptable and original plot for a story.
Because of this, I struggle to imagine a well-done dark Pokemon universe, since my bar is this FUCKING low.
