I think the best way to go is just using rooted magisk method on android. Never been warned.
I use discord servers that post cords of rare and/or 100 iv pokemon. The people there use these modified pogo apps they pay for. Even better when there is a ban wave and they post screenshots complaining their account got banned/warned
