There is clearly some weird aura in the world of Pokemon that causes a process to happen where inanimate objects come to life, or things evolve to look like inanimate objects and turn into Pokemon. There are many instances where people used technology to straight up create Pokemon or just will it into existence such as Golurk.
So why do the food ones bother people so fucking much and not Magnemite, Grimer, Voltorb, Drifloon, or the entire Unown line whose gimmick is just being the fucking alphabet?
