What the people who defend PS mods don't understand is that PS doesn't actually have any rule. Rule 5 effectively allows the mods to mute/ban people whenever they feel like it without any sort of repercussion. And not only that, but there's no way for you to report publically cases of abuse to the users. If you try to talk about it on PS or Smogon they immediately delete the post and lock you. Most users legitimately have no idea how shitty the moderation is because they don't get to see what's going on in the background. The only time I tried to appeal a mute the guy locked me for a week when he noticed I partecipated in Showderp. And who am I supposed to report this too? They all cover each other's backs.
