>>56879541>PartiesA feature (introduced like a year or so ago I think) which allows a group of 2-4 players to work together to beat party challenges (catch 30 Pokémon, spin 20 stops, make 15 excellent throws, etc.), the rewards are usually pretty bad. Recently, the ability to share item effects among party members was introduced, so if you use a star piece, all players in your party will receive the effect. More importantly, perhaps, is the "party power" (or whatever it's called) in raids. If you and your party join a raid, an additional button will appear on the bottom left corner of the screen which fills when your party mates tap their screen to attack; once it's fully charged, you can tap it and the next charge attack you use will deal extra damage (this is really useful if you have an alt, because you can make a party of 2 and use this to best the raid faster).
>TradesMake a friend, both open the "Trade" option within each others profile's, you select the mon you wanna trade and you trade. Trading costs stardust. The higher the friendship you have, the lower the dust cost will be and the higher the IV floor for trades will be (the highest being 5/5/5). Trading Mons you or your friend don't have (or shines and legendaries) constitutes a special trade. You can only do one of those daily (some events allow you to do more). If you and your friend become best friends (highest friendship stage) and then lucky friends (special friendship level that has a low chance of occurring when you interact with said friend), the next trade you make will produce "Lucky Pokémon"; they are cheaper to power up, have a golden background, and have a locked IV floor of 12/12/12. There's also a chance of obtaining lucky Pokémon by trading mons, the odds are increased by 5% for each year if you or your friend trade a Pokémon from 2019 onwards (capping at 20%). If you trade a Mon from 2016-2018 you will get a guaranteed lucky trade (you can only do this 25 times).
