Sirfetch'd will almost certainly suck. It has a BST of 352. There are many single-stage evolutions with a higher stat total. What's the most we could expect? An extra hundred? Knowing Game Freak, those points won't even be allocated properly. Sirfetch'd would require at least another 200 BST and a really awesome hidden ability to even break into PU.
