You don't have to do all of them, just one or two, as long as they're not thumbnail-sized.
Also, guild members can be starters from PMD, like any standard Pokemon starter, Meowth, Riolu, Eevee, etc.
Don't worry about putting text on, I can do that myself, but the font is KAMIKZOM.
