get to it Bigro, a demo or the battlesim. This was a stopgap to prevent the 85th restatting of Turkistador and other mons that suffered a similar constant renewal of stats without testing or changing context for new stats.
Skurrow has never been restatted since they were originally added in february 2013. At that point Skurrow had the name Skink, had the image of the stripes fellow in this image and was ground type. Nothing else. It stands to reason that since there was no rule to not update his stats, it makes sense to do it now with the context that a fleshed out concept, likely place in the game and moves. It is now locked until it is placed in a playable.
If you can find any other mons that suffered the same sort of neglect (I doubt they exist but it's possible) then I personally urge you to try and come up with something better and more thought out for them.
