Maybe it comes off as unfair compared to the other two, but it makes the most thematic sense and would help supplement what is supposed to be a bulky stat spread that would work on anything that doesn't share its typing. Being able to take more than one SE hit and then throw out 100% acc Blizzards with zero setup would be fun as hell. If we're absolutely crazy, give it Aurora Veil too. Now it will likely break into OU since it would give A-Ninetales some stiff comp as a slower but bulkier and harder hitting snow + screens setter.
