>>47640061I guess I was too cocky and didn't really check if I could deal with Dragonite. It was never a big deal in earlier runs, but I was scared of losing Gyarados to it so I tried to switch into Golem, who got crit killed and it all went downhill from there. Tried to toxic with Venusaur, who also got crit, and lost my best answers to Jolteon, who also crit killed Alakazam with Pin Missile. Anyway, we made it through with our starter, Gyarados and Rapidash alive. On the flipside, I guess I still have access to three really good mons in my next runs.
Off to Gold, where I chose Sulphur the Cyndaquil.
