Alright, so from this point of view I take it that Pokemon games are unable to get worse as time goes on, and that any valid criticisms are to be disregarded as nitpicks right? Certainly Game Freak's current design philosophies and their reluctance to spend more time developing these games to refine them have nothing to do with it. I'm sure since spending three years max developing each gen won't hurt the games at all.
