Here's another gimmicky team, this one based around caves. I've always found it odd that Paras and Parasect aren't subterranean, since they don't fly, they got the mushrooms, and Parasect is blind. Anyway, the gym would mostly be in the dark like Brawly or Morty's gyms, with pit traps that drop you into a lower level that's lit by glowing fungus. You have to avoid all the pits to get to the leader, who I think would be named Bruce.
